环氧防油底漆（MS-OPP)是一种低粘度，双组分溶剂型环氧防油底漆，具有优良的防油、封闭、耐水、耐油、耐酸碱腐蚀性能，与地面粘结力强，与地坪漆中涂产品具有较好的配套性。产品施工简单，可以滚涂，也可以批刮施工。

环氧防油底漆主要用于素地基面油污打磨的地坪漆的底层涂装，能有效地封闭并控制素地甚而结构下的油污，有较强的油污压制力，涂刷前先尽量打磨素地，呈干燥灰白状方可与玻璃纤维布配合使用，涂布后略显光泽，具有较好的与优异的控油效果，防止素地甚而结构下的油污渗出及地面水汽、酸碱的渗透，提高地坪涂料与混凝土基体的粘结性能。
